Temporal at Scale: Lessons in Migration and Security
ABSTRACT
In this talk, we’ll share how and why we migrated a custom self-hosted Temporal Stack first to Open Source Temporal/self-hosted clusters and then to Temporal Cloud. We will cover critical security design, incident mitigation strategies & observability metrics & processes put in place to drive a 12-person team to be successful in coordinating a 300+ namespace/services migration with zero downtime.
