Workshop: Secure Your Temporal Agents with Tailscale

Does connecting your agents to MCP servers keep you up at night? Are you struggling to strike the balance between usable and secure? And on top of that the agents keep crashing, making your service unreliable? Luckily, creating secure, durable AI agents has never been easier.

Join Tailscale Solutions Engineer Kartik Bharath and Temporal Solutions Architect Mason Egger for a hands on workshop where you’ll explore how Tailscale secures your environment, deploy your Temporal Workers in a Tailnet, securing connections to your LLMs and MCP servers using Tailscale’s newest feature Aperture. This is a hands on workshop, so bring your laptop and get ready to code!

Prerequisites: A Tailscale account (free will do!)

Mason is currently a Sr. Solutions Architect at Temporal Technologies who specializes building community, creating developer-focused educational content, distributed systems, and Python. Prior to his work at Temporal, he launched Developer Relations at Gretel.ai as the Lead Developer Advocate and was a Developer Advocate at DigitalOcean specializing in Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies. He’s an avid programmer, speaker, educator, and writer/blogger. He is an organizer of PyTexas, President of the PyTexas Foundation, and actively contributes to open source projects.
Solutions Engineer with a technical support background that's worked with multiple networking products at Cisco, Avaya and Tigera. Currently working as a Solutions Engineer at Tailscale, helping customers realize their cloud-native container/K8s use-cases securely and transparently. I enjoy working in the intersection of networking, security and infrastructure.
