Zainab Merchant is Director of Platform Engineering at Fivetran, where she leads large-scale orchestration and backend systems powering over 5 million data syncs per day. With 18 years of experience in distributed data infrastructure, she specializes in building resilient, high-throughput platforms and driving architectural strategy at scale.
Madhav serves as a Senior Staff Software Engineer at Fivetran, where he oversees the architecture and management of large-scale orchestration systems. His work supports the execution of over five million daily data synchronizations, ensuring seamless data movement at scale. With more than eight years of dedicated experience in data infrastructure, Madhav specializes in the design and implementation of high-throughput, fault-tolerant systems.
