Moving data pipeline orchestration from Airflow to Temporal
Abstract
Our journey to Temporal started with challenges in our data space with Airflow and solutions we had to put in place to solve those problems. That led us to Cadence, which led us to Temporal, which led us to Temporal Cloud - and as we adopted Temporal many other parts of the business saw and adopted the benefits.

About the Presenter
Chandan is an Engineering Manager at noon, Dubai. He is part of the team building noon Minutes, the quick commerce vertical of noon. Previously, he worked primarily in the data engineering space focused on building batch & streaming data pipelines. Outside of work, Chandan is a cricket fan and plays Tabla, a classical Indian percussion instrument.
