Tihomir Surdilovic is a Sr. Staff Developer Success Engineer at Temporal Technologies, where he has spent the past five years helping customers successfully build and scale Temporal applications. He has guided teams across both Temporal Cloud and self-hosted environments—from initial server deployment and architecture design to implementing durable workflows, optimizing worker performance, and improving observability. Tihomir regularly works with customers to troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure their systems run reliably at scale. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors.
