AI Panel

This panel will bring together engineers from companies building some of the most sophisticated AI products in the world: Replit, Abridge, Hebbia, and Dust.tt. The panelists will discuss their experience building AI applications, including their favorite tools and techniques, their top challenges and learnings, and their recommendations for other engineering teams. The discussion will be moderated by Ethan Ruhe, Temporal’s Product Lead for AI.

Dan Kador leads Product Engineering at Abridge, where he focuses on building and scaling high-impact product and engineering teams.
Ertan Dogrultan leads Platform Engineering at Replit, where his team builds the systems behind agent-driven software development. He oversees Compute Platform, Agent Infrastructure, and Enterprise Platform; the layers that let code run safely, durably, and at scale. Most of his work is about making infrastructure work for AI: sandbox isolation, durable execution, and the building blocks that let autonomous agents write, execute, and deploy code in production. Before Replit, Ertan led engineering teams at Meta and Coinbase, was a tech lead at Google working on Assistant and applied ML systems, and co-founded two startups. He holds an MS in Computer Science from UCLA and a BS in Computer Engineering from Bogazici University.
Ethan Ruhe is the AI Product Lead at Temporal, where he helps some of the world's most talented developers - including those at OpenAI, Scale AI, and Replit - orchestrate and scale their AI agent workflows. Prior to Temporal, Ethan was a founder and has held product roles at a number of high-growth startups. He earned his MBA with a focus in Statistics from The Wharton School and completed graduate computer science work at Georgia Tech, with a focus on machine learning.
